    Resume variants tuned to startup, MNC, GCC, or specialist roles, with every bullet rebuilt to show a result, a number, and the method. A 30-second pitch and a deep dive for every project. STAR stories for behavioral rounds. Every claim defendable.

    For every skill on your resume, the questions a recruiter actually asks, at your depth. DSA and system-design drills with a remediation loop that closes weak spots before the gate.

    Fire-test

When you land the offer

Recalculated on your actual package: 1.5%, or 2% above 20 LPA. You pay only the balance.

Safety net No offer in three months? Half your join fee comes back. You never bet it all.

How it adds up

Earn 7L now, expect 15L: pay ₹199 + ₹2,000 + ₹15,000 (1%) upfront. Land 16L, and the total becomes 1.5% of what you actually got (₹24,000), so you pay the remaining ₹9,000 at the offer. Land nothing in three months, and ₹7,500 comes back.

The percentage is always on your real, final package, before income tax, excluding variable pay, joining bonus, and PF. The upfront join fee is a down payment on it, reconciled when your offer lands.

Do you guarantee a job?

No. We prepare you to convert interviews. Hiring freezes, the market, and how you perform on the day are outside our control. We're accountable for the quality of the prep, not the market.

Do you apply to companies for me?

No. We're not a placement agency. You run your own search; we make sure you're ready to win it.

Why do I pay before I'm placed?

The early payments (₹199, then ₹1–2k) are for real work you receive: the report, the resume rebuild, the prep, the mocks. The 1% to start the 3-month engagement is a down payment on the success fee, reconciled to your actual offer. If no offer lands in three months, half of it comes back. You never hand over a big sum on a promise.

How is this better than free YouTube and Leetcode?

Generic content can't read your specific gap or build answers around your real work. The ₹199 call and report show you the difference in 30 minutes.

What if I stop responding?

If you go quiet for 14+ consecutive days without notice, the engagement closes. Amounts paid for work already delivered aren't refunded. The half-back guarantee on the join fee is only for clients who stay engaged and still get no offer in three months.
